I love to make breakfast for dinner when I’m short on time – toast a pita, make egg whites on the stove while the pita is toasting. Slice tomato, avocado and roasted red peppers and viola the perfect savory breakfast for dinner! I’m going to check out your pics because the pics alone are making me hungry!
These all look delicious, and far more creative than my quick, go-to dinners. When in a hurry, we will have quesadillas, tacos, or burritos. Sometimes I’ll do a quick stir-fry or a simple pasta dish. Thanks, again. Looking forward to what you will share next week.
