These “One Dish Two Ways” recipes start out vegan for the plant-based folks (which means no meat, eggs, or dairy). Then, these recipes have an option for meat added at the end of the recipe for those ravenous meat-eaters. They’re perfect for mixed-diet families where there’s a vegan in a house full of meat-eaters (or an omnivore in a house full of vegans!)
