Crispy Quinoa-Crusted Tofu with Sweet Chili Dipping Sauce
Legen – wait for it.
This tofu is so, so good. So good. Like, I’m not sure what else to say about it. Other than it was really hard to photograph it without saying “screw it” and just wolfing it down.
The tofu is moist on the inside, crispy on the outside, and everything good tofu can be. Plus, extra protein-y with that nutty-tasting quinoa flour coating.
