So December ends up being a bit of a downward spiral until suddenly, I’ve had enough and all I want are vitamins, protein, and good-for-me goodness. Baby spinach (no, you don’t taste it), frozen mango (it comes already cubed in most grocery store freezer aisles), banana, and coconut water.     Instructions

    • Place all ingredients in the pitcher of a blender. Puree until smooth. Divide between two glasses and serve.
