This Week’s Bits & Bites

Happy Easter weekend! Here at the Kitchen Treaty house we’re just coming off of a nice and relaxing spring break. So relaxing, in fact, that we got about 10% of the projects done that we had planned on. Oh well, we can paint furniture anytime, right?

This morning, we’re hopping around getting ready for company. It should be fun weekend with egg hunts, bunny visits, and cake. Lots of cake.

The glorious chocolate cake is based on a Rouxbe recipe. I found out last week I am a bit behind on my plant-based culinary certification course so I have been hitting it a little harder. The cake was an optional part of the course but fully important to make.

Lentil Meatballs from Well Plated. So perfect!
