Strawberry Jalapeno Salsa - only 5 ingredients for the perfect summer fruit salsa recipe!

Sponsored PostI am a snack food fiend. It’s kind of my vice. My kid has followed suit; the crunchier and crispier, the better. When I discovered Food Should Taste Good products, I felt like I had found the best of both worlds – super satisfying chips and crackers, but healthy! Truly wholesome ingredients, non-GMO … win win.

So, naturally, when Food Should Taste Good asked me to develop a recipe that would pair perfectly with their fabulous tortilla chips, I was allll over it.

This Strawberry Jalapeno Salsa is so simple. Just five ingredients – not counting the salt and pepper – but it absolutely explodes with flavor. I know what you might be thinking. Strawberries? In a savory salsa?!! To this I reply: JUST TRUST ME. Sweet, juicy, tart strawberries with a big hit of lime – both by way of zest and juice – could not pair more perfectly with the bite of red onions, mild jalapeno heat, sultry cilantro, and a sprinkling of salt and pepper. For us, this scrumptious stuff is shaping up to be a Summer 2015 staple.

With all the lime going on in this strawberry salsa recipe, I knew Food Should Taste Good’s lime tortilla chips – flavored with real lime and SO addicting – would be the perfect scooping vehicle.
