Ingredients
1/4cupcashews
1/4cupwaterplus more if needed
1/4cuppumpkin puree
1/2teaspoonpumpkin pie spice
Pinchsalt
1tablespoonpure maple syrup
1/2frozen bananafresh works too, the smoothie just won't be as thick
1/2cupice cubes
Ground cinnamon for toppingif desired
For the green version:
1-2cupsspinach
Instructions
Add all ingredients to the pitcher of a blender. Puree at medium speed until smooth, then increase speed to high and blend until creamy, 30 seconds to 1 minute more. Pour into a glass and dust with cinnamon, if desired. Serve.
