1medium ripe bananafrozen*
1cupbaby spinachloosely packed
1/2teaspoonpure vanilla extract
6-7fresh mint leavescan substitute 2-3 drops peppermint extract - just go light on it, a little goes a long way!
Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Puree until smooth. Serve.
