1/2medium frozen banana
1/2cupfresh or frozen blueberries
1/4cuprolled oatsbe sure to use gluten-free oats for a gluten-free version
1/2cupvanilla yogurt
1/2cupmilk
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve with a straw.
