Vegetarian Chili Recipes
It’s not hyperbole when I tell you one of my very favorite things about being a vegetarian is the vegetarian chili! It’s so hearty and filling and easy to make super delicious without a speck of meat.
I’ve created a lot of vegetarian chili recipes over the years. I love to use the Crock Pot for chili, because in the slow cooker, all of those spices and flavors really get a chance to mingle and develop. But I’ve also been creating more stovetop chili recipes lately, primarily because I don’t always plan well enough to make it in the Crock Pot!
