I’m what’s called a lacto-ovo vegetarian, which means I eat eggs and dairy, but no meat. My husband is a meat-eater. So I’ve created a bunch of recipes that start out vegetarian, then meat can be added at the end for the carnivores. These flexible recipes prove that you can have it both ways – one dish, two ways, to be exact!
